How to display Items based on user's department?

Good day

Please help!

I am creating an IT demand Management form. I need to filter the content based on departments.

I want IT Security engineers to view their requests. Unix engineers their own.

I created a tab and called it Assigned to me. So when engineers click on this tab, they must see requests assigned to their departments.

The Assign To field in my SharePoint list contains choices of departments.

Now I am struggling to find the correct syntax to use.

This one here shows items assigned directly and we do not want that:  Filter(ITDemandManagement,'Assigned To'.Value = User().FullName)

Thanking you in advance

    Please try this:

    Filter(LIST8,'Assign To'.Value= Office365Users.MyProfileV2().department)

    Best Regards,

    Hi V-Xiaochen

    Thank you for responding, and I would like to tell you that your syntax works 100%. Our AD attribute, on the other hand, is a problem.
    We capture divisions, not departments and so the syntax will not apply. For example, IT is a division, and UNIX, ITInfoSec, Wintel, and OSS are the departments under IT Division. On the GAL, we only have an attribute for Division, not department. Nevertheless, thank you so much!!!

    God Bless
