Visible Rule for Field Based on Collection from a different Field

Good Day,

I'm trying to create a rule that will display a label based on two criteria

1) "Yes" is selected on a yes/no field

2) "QC - Quebec" is selected as the region on a different field (this field is collection)

The issue I'm having is with the "QC - Quebec" field as it is based on a collection-this means the typical cbRegion.Selected.Value isn't working for me.

I've tried a lookup and a filter for the collection, but I don't think it's actually looking at the form and determining whether or not Quebec was the selected option. It feels more like it's just making sure Quebec is listed as an option in the collection-which it is, and thus is always visible.

Visible rule I have and doesn't work so far is

dpdGovernmentState.Selected.Value = "Yes" && !IsBlank(LookUp(colRegion, Region = "QC - Quebec"))

Any assistance is greatly appreciated!

    Hi @dbillups ,
    You can directly check if Quebec value is there in a collection -

    dpdGovernmentState.Selected.Value = "Yes" && "QC - Quebec" in colRegion)

    Thank you for your reply. However, I don't need to check if it's in the collection-I know it is.

    I built a collection for the region field due to having multiple countries and needing to filter the region down based on what country the request is being created for.

    I need a label to be visible when "Yes" is selected from a yes/no drop down, and if "QC - Quebec" is selected as the region. Again, the region field is based on a collection, so the normal formula of region.selected.value = "QC - Quebec" isn't working.

    Hi @dbillups ,
    Are you getting value using below formula in a label with "QC - Quebec" value selected in Region dropdown-
    Region.Selected.Value
    If yes, then you can copy the value and paste it in the formula. I guess the issue might be with extra spaces in "QC - Quebec"
    Can you please share schema of Region column - column names, values.

    My apologies for not providing more information.

    The collection is filtered based on the business selected to narrow down the appropriate regions for a country of business.

    I've attached a snippet of the collection in addition to the fields on the form

    When the "business" is selected, it filters the collection to a range of regions
