Hi,

I have created a MS form name :Sample Form by Usha . URL:Sample Form by Usha (Preview) Microsoft Forms (office.com)

I have create a work flow to trigger the email to me and my colleague Bora when a new form submission happened.

But I have this error at workflow

Could you pls help to advise on this?

My Goal is that whenever new form submission happened, the notification email should go to me & others. Hence I have created workflow. Appreciated your help on this.

Hi @Anonymous

It's nothing to do with how you have built your flow (albeit you shouldn't need an apply to each - by that's pretty irrelevant I believe), it's more the fact that your organisation has setup a Data Loss Prevention Policy on your Environment https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/wp-data-loss-prevention. You would need to speak to IT in order to understand what their policies are and why they are blocking the use of these connectors / actions.
