Recurrence date option shows specific length , minutes, hours, days e.g. but what if I want a task to recur for a task which occurs not the same day of every month but different dates each month for the course of the year? Thanks

Without knowing more about how you determine when you want the Flow to proceed, I can't offer any guidance on what the logic should look like.
