I have a flow that works for a while then it fails. The action that fails is "List rows present in a table". Every time it fails i have to edit the action and re-enter the location, Document library, file and table (see below). The file is still there but since i am doing the same for the other fields i go ahead select the file again. I only use this Excel table in one flow to get the employee department. What could be causing this?

You can go to the classic designer and save the configuration parameters in the list rows present in a table, I have run it many times in the classic designer, and this problem has not appeared.
