    Hi gtonysam,

You may consider to use workflow definition language’s Last function to get the new inserted data. Please check more details about last function at here:
    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/logic-apps/logic-apps-workflow-definition-language

Please try to add a Compose action and configure the Compose action to something likes:

    3.PNG

Followed by this action, please add a “SharePoint – Create item”.

Please try it on your side to see if it will work for you.

    Best regards,
    Mabel Mao

    Re: Microsoft Flows

    Hi ,

I have found the  solution using the create item flow. The flow is working fine but i have a hiccup here.

It lists only few table names  but not all the tables in the db. If I create a new table, it is also not reflecting. Hence I need to use the existing one. Is there any solution for this .
