Bug: 3.18041.20 - dropdown filter

Have an error that is impacting dropdown that is filtered by the value in another dropdown. The dropdown is now not returning any values. 

 

Error only presents itself in 3.18041.20. Downgrading to 3.18034.7 resolves the problem.
