Hello all,
do you know if there is a minimum subcription period for PowerApps (like 12 months), or can I cancel my subscription monthly?

You get both options, either to pay by month or pay yearly. If you are paying by the month you can definitely cancel any month, but if you have already paid licensing for the year you might need to work with customer service to get a refund.
When purchasing a subscription in the admin portal , I see the following. The phrase "Annual commitment" would give me pause if I was making a purchase with the belief that I could cancel at any time.
