Problem with IPs and databases

Hello! I've had a Powerapp running for a couple of years now. That app connects to a SQL server in Azure. When I set this up I had to whitelist our own IP address on the SQL database.

Now when I try to open the powerapp  I get an error saying a totally different IP is blocked from the SQL server. Does anyone know if there has been any recent changes to how the powerapp connects to a SQL server? Seems like now I need to whitelist the powerapps hosting IP instead of my own. It also seems I get a different IP address in the error message if I'm on a different network?

Thanks.
