Specific meeting as a trigger to send out an Email

In the Forum I have not found any applicable solution to this item. I would like to have a specific (calendar entry) meeting as a trigger to send out a mail/notification. Currently, if I select calendar as a parameter, all meetings will trigger this action.

    If you click the 3 dots in the upper-right corner of the trigger and select "Settings", you will see a section called "Trigger Conditions" that you can set up.

    Here is another forum post on this topic: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/General-Power-Automate/Trigger-conditions-for-Flow-now-available/td-p/334463

    Hi @Anonymous ,

    As @PowerBack19  said, you could set the trigger condition in the trigger, or you could also add a Condition under the trigger to check the meeting, and would only send the email when the meeting is the special one that you need.

    Best regards,

    thanks a lot, this is already quite helpful.

    still, I would like to know, how I can set the condition to a meeting subject equals a specific value.

    Could you assist on this item?

    The name of the calendar entry is "Team Meeting". However, with the mentioned expression/conditions is not working.

     "@equals(triggerBody()?['subject'], 'Team Meeting')"

    Any idea?

     Hi @Anonymous ,

    Could you please share a screenshot of the configuration of your flow?

    Could you please share a screenshot of the run history of the flow?

    Please check from your event or flow run history and make sure the event subject is equal to Team Meeting.

    Please refer to screenshot below to create the flow:

    The expression should not contain the double quotes at the beginning and end. Here is an example Trigger Condition that I tested and this worked just fine.

    @equals(triggerBody()?['subject'], 'Test')
