I am tring to set a flow that triggers an email every 2 years. I set the recurrance to 2 and then year but get the following error message.
The recurrence trigger 'Recurrence' interval value '2' is not valid for consumption based workflows.
It works fine for 1 year.

The error means that the interval value you typed in Recurrence trigger is invalid.
Issue confirmed from my side, if you use “Year” as frequency value, the corresponding interval value cannot be greater than 1.
