How to auto-create channel when a new folder is created

I have a "Sales" team which comes with default "General" channel. As such, there would be a "General" folder in the "Documents" library by default in Sharepoint.

If I create a new folder called "Quotes" in the "Documents" library (NOT inside the General folder), I want there to be a "Quotes" channel automatically created.

Is this possible?

"Out of the box" no, this isn't something you can accomplish because there SharePoint Connector does not have a folder-based trigger.
If this is functionality you would like to see added to Flow, please consider submitting it to the Flow Ideas page, where it can be voted on by other users, and tracked and commented on by the Flow team. Here is an existing idea with 55 votes.
There are many ways you could trigger this via conditions, but it would get pretty complex, really quickly. The Get folder metadata and the Get folder metadata using path actions could be used to compare the Folder name in a condition, and if it doesn't exist, you could then Create a channel.

You could use the following method to configure Flow.

Use When an item is created as the trigger, click Enter custom value, and enter the Library Name. Flow is triggered when a Folder is created in the specified Library.

Use Condition to determine whether this item is a Folder, and the path to the folder it is in. If the Library you mentioned is Documents, Folder Path is "Shared Documents/".

Then use Expression to get the name of the folder and specify Team Group.
