Hi all,

I don't understand Filter array...

WebPortal_0-1689939618018.png

The 1st step gets a bunch of items from a Sharepoint list, the filter query works perfectly.

However, I need a second filter and I don't want to include it in the Get Items filter.

Thus, the Filter Array.

It returns empty. Why?? Can someone please explain??

It is supposed to return all the items where ID > 1.

    Hi @WebPortal

Those actions step looks good to me. Check the run history and see the ID's returned from the SharePoint Get Items actions step. It could be its not returning anything at all. Post a screenshot of the run history please.

    Thanks

    @abm

That's right. The Get items step is not returning anything.

The maximum ID I get from Power Automate is 199.

However, in SharePoint, the max ID I have is 620.

    Any ideas?

Click on the three dots of the Get Items action.> Settings.

Toggle on pagination and adjust the threshold.

    It is 15000 rows roughly.

    I guess that's the problem.

    Hi @WebPortal

Yes looks like thats what causing it. So if you have a standard license the threshold limit is 5000 and if you have premium license you can set uptp 100,000

So if you are on 5000 then implement the pagination technique to get rest of the data.

Have a look at this video about pagination
