Unable to delete few model driven apps; while i am able to delete the other apps including some model driven apps .I am given the system admin role for powerapps.

That is because these model-driven apps were installed in the solution as part of a managed solution. In order to delete these apps, delete the managed solution. Reference: Delete a model-driven app that was installed as part of a managed solution

Under Solutions I see(the attached) and more components, which one should i be choosing to delete..?Or how do i differentiate between entities?
Go to Default Solution to delete these managed components.
