UnrecognizedTriggerPhrase variable.

Hello,

 

I am unable to find UnrecognizedTriggerPhrase variable. And also I couldn't find Fallback under General Settings. Please help me out.

    Hi @Yogesh3097,

     

    In the new version of PVA, the Fallback topic is created and available by default, under System topics.

    Within the Fallback topic you can use the Activity.Text system variable: it is the most recent message sent by the user.
