I have a simple SharePoint list of bookable desks, Desk 1, Desk 2, Desk 3, Desk 4. I want to create a desk reservation system, where each desk is bookable by the day.
Can I use flow to create the 4 new desks slots each day? This would be 90 days ahead eventually (when I've set up all the desks prior to that), so that I have always have desks available for the next 3 months. Then I can use this as a basis for a desk reservation PowerApp. I'm really new to flow - I've tried this without success.
I don't mind if slots are also created for weekends. Colleagues will use a date picker in PowerApps.
Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.
@Victoria instead of triggering the flow manually, use a recurrence schedule trigger and set it to run once a day. Your Date column should have an expression of AddDays(utcNow(),90,'dd-MM-yyyy')
