    Hi @Gerard2,

    You could use a list all shifts action and extract the data from that action. This action also supports a start and end date filter. So, you could filter it from Monday 09 till Friday 5.

    Below is an example of that approach.

    With this example it runs every week on Monday morning. This way you can use the utcNow function in the filter with the following expression for the end time of Friday 5 PM:

    addDays(utcNow('yyyy-MM-ddT17:00:ssZ'), 5)

    Are you able to write out there expression for utcNow? I also can’t see the dynamic content ‘Value’ when trying to add to the Select operation. Thanks for your help, G

    Hi @Gerard2

    The expression for the From Start Time field is:

    utcNow('yyyy-MM-ddT09:00:ssZ')

    In the Select in the From I used:

    body('List_all_Shifts')['value']

    In the key value mappings I used.

    item()?['id']
    item()?['userId']
    item()?['sharedShift']?['startDateTime']
    item()?['sharedShift']?['endDateTime']
    item()?['sharedShift']?['displayName']
    item()?['schedulingGroupId']

    So I don’t seem to be getting dynamic content for Shifts that’s called value - wouldn’t that be based on the ‘List all shifts’ trigger?

    Hi @Gerard2,

    What I shared in my last reply are all expressions which you should be able to copy paste into the tab next to the Dynamic content tab, the Expression tab.

    It should not really matter that the field is not showing up in the Dynamic content list.

    Hi, Thank you for your help so far - I’ve added all the formulas you recommended however when the fLow is triggered - there is not output of shifts even though I updated unit, It seems like Lifts all shifts is not generating any days - the only output I see is []

    Hi @Gerard2,

    With what data were you testing? Can you by any chance share a screenshot of the shifts you were expecting in the list all shifts action? (obfuscate/blur names where needed, obviously).

    Just to double check, I assume you did share the shifts with the team?

    I just had myself added to the group - I was just trying to add a few shifts and then trigger the flow so I could see the output but got what was in photos above - thanks for the help so far

    Hi Expiscornovus,

    Just wondering if you’re able to assist on this one - I’m not getting any output.

    Thanks.
