Get the 'target' from Dynamics/CDS

Hi,

in dynamics 365 I can get a preimage, a postimage and a target when I'm creating a plugin. Is there a way to get the fields that where actually changed in dynamics if a user updates or creates a record? What I'm trying to do:

For some statistics, we have datetime fields, that will show when a certain field was updated. Currently there are a lot of workflows doing each field, but it would be better if we can merge this into one flow. My problem now is that I haven't find out a way to implement a logic like this:

If field a was changed

    Change field xy

If field b was changed

    Change field yz

etc... Is there an easy way to get this information?
