Hi All,

I set up a workflow as explained step by step below:

- User fills out Form

- Get data from Form update to List

- Send an email to Approver 1 with an attachment

- Send an email to Approver 2 with an attachment after Approver 1 approved - As this step, I guess I have to set up the same as previous step from create Compose -> Initialize Variable .... -> Append to Array variable. Or do we have another way to do it?

Looking for your advice.

Thanks a lot,

    Hola @Cáo

Si el archivo es el mismo puedes poner el mismo campo.

Aun asi yo siempre lo he hecho de esta manera que me resulta más fácil:

    Hi @Eider

    Thank for your reply.

When putting the same field as previous and do the test, I got the error message

    OpenApiOperationParameterValidationFailed

The 'inputs.parameters' of workflow operation 'Send_an_email_(V2)_1' of type 'OpenApiConnection' is not valid. Error details: The API operation 'SendEmailV2' is missing required property 'emailMessage/Attachments/0/ContentBytes'.

Do you have any idea on this error?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

I just find out this issue is caused by the attachment for email and approval need to be seperate.
