There is one form in Powerautomate flow, where we are saving data in Sharepoint. If the options for responses in the form for one of the question(description) is changed does it effect the flow? We have approximately six options for a question

So you are modifying the Choice/Drop down values like the below? E.g. Changing 'Option 3' to 'Option X'

The answer is 'it depends'

If your flow has logic like a condition or a switch statement that is expecting 'Option 3', then it may break. Similarly, if you are writing into a Choice column in SharePoint, then it may also break.

However, if your flow simply takes the responses and writes it into a Single line of text column, I don't think it will break.
