Hello Guys
I keep getting this error anytime I try to put in an attachment in my approval email.
The request failed. Error code: '502'. Error Message: 'BadGateway'.
Please anyone here to assist me.

Can you share a screenshot of the flow action where you are seeing the error?
Please note that for adding attachments in the approval action, you need to have the key value pair as:

"content":"fileContent"
}
