I was wondering if I could create and work with 2 dimension arrays (matrix) in microsoft flow.

Yes, you can construct a 2d arrays by mingle 2 1d arrays, I create a flow like this:

thanks for the answer! I have could created my 2d array, but I can´t use it later in my flow, I don´t know why. For example, when I try the same email action than you, the variable doesn´t show to me.
Please select the dynamic content on the popup window and select the token output from previous steps
The problem is that this option appears empty to me, so I can´t add the variables. It is so strange haha
