Hi All,

I have just discovered powerapps and was wondering if what I am thinking is possible for powerapps.

basically what I would like is

1. User fills out form to create a pre made document along with a time and signature stamp.

2. App shows this document as an open document

3. User completes task stated in document

4. User selects open document and closes the document with another time and signature stamp.

my initial thoughts where to use sharepoint and microsoft forms however I am unsure if its possible to reopen microsoft forms once it has been submitted.

I look forward to your response

Jak

Hey. What do you mean by

    1. "User fills out form to create a pre made document along with a time and signature stamp.

Guess: Create a Document in SharePoint based on a template and set some MetaData to it?

Answer: This is possible with Power Apps and PowerAutomate

    2. "App shows this document as an open document".

Guess: Display Document Properties in Power Apps

    Answer: Yes this is possible

    3. "User selects open document and closes the document with another time and signature stamp."

Guess: User selects a Document in Power Apps and set Status to closed

Answert: This is possible with Power Apps
