Summing Values in gallery

I'm creating a PowerApp to collect a % used of products. I have a gallery for the user to assign a %, which the source is a separate combo box. I have set the default of the % to be an equal portion summing to 100%. I also have a box that is summing the %'s to check that they equal 100%. If a user changes the value's of the % it is not updating the check function and remains equal to the sum of the default values. The formula I have in the sum box is Sum(Percent_Gallery.AllItems,Value(Percent_Input.Text))*100 & "%".

@Nogueira1306 Unfortunately the solution in that is similar to what I already have input in the formula. I changed the formula to Sum(Percent_Gallery.AllItems,Percent_Input) to match the solution of that post, but it still won't update.

Firstly, where do you have this formula (on a label)?

Also what formatting do you have in the Text box to show those values as percentage? There is nothing wrong with the formula assuming the Text boxes simply have numeric value in them, but you seem to have something else.
