I am trying to simply add two approvers (within my org) to the Assigned To field in my "start and wait for approval" action. I am using a semicolon after the first one, but when I try to add a second one, it won't populate and says No Items. It's not the person; I can't add myself or any other user after the semicolon. What am I missing?

I just tried it and it's pretty stupid :D.
When you add the first approver and semi colon comes don't add space after it.
When I was adding space, I was not able to add any other person. But when I did it without space it worked.
