Web screen UI elements cannot be obtained on PCs with the same operating environment.

Currently, we have two PAD development PCs and a production PC.
Both devices have the same OS, IE, etc. version. (Of course, the PAD is also the same version.)
With these two machines, the UI elements of the web system in question were correctly retrieved, and PAD is running in the production environment.

Since the production PC we are currently using is outdated, we installed a new production environment PC and started using PAD.
(The versions of OS, IE, etc. are the same as the current production PC.)
Then, on the new production PC, PAD processing resulted in an error.
When I checked the error on the new production PC, it said that the UI could not be obtained.
So, when I opened the flow in PAD on the new production PC and tried to retrieve the UI elements again,
The UI element cannot be retrieved.

Please tell me how to resolve it.

Have you tried reinstalling PAD on the PROD machine?

Can you also check the Application logs under the Windows Event Viewer for any error logs that could correspond to the issue you're experiencing? Maybe some module of PAD is failing.

Have you also tried capturing a web element on a different browser on this machine?

solved. It seems that the UI elements could not be retrieved because the display resolution and size were different. After changing the resolution and size to the same settings as the development PC, I was able to obtain it.
