How i can move all the PVA topics from PVA classic to new PVA Preview bot, please?

I'm using the English language in the UK and I'm using this bot for Teams environment only.

Not sure if will help to arrange a call meeting to resolve this issue.

Assuming you're in the PVA web app and not in PVA for Teams (where the unified authoring canvas isn't available yet), I don't know why the option is greyed out.

Can you open a support request?

Hi Heny, got same problem, but i donw have knowledge about the kind of enviroment (web app or teams, but in think teams), how can i can be sure about that and when you said "...yet" how long are we talking about because ansious?

The full 'web app' version is available over https://web.powerva.microsoft.com/

I don't have an ETA for PVA for Teams unified authoring canvas availability.

Hi,
I get a similar screen as @Anonymous . Could it be that this is because the bot was initially created in the Teams enviornment?
Is there any way to avoid having to reimpliment the bot from scratch in the web app?

Hi @Gakku

If you're using the PVA web app (and not PVA for Teams), you should be able to convert your bot into a new bot on the unified authoring canvas.
If it's not the case, I also advise to go to support: Get Help + Support in Power Platform - Power Platform | Microsoft Learn
