Hello all,

I created a basic Power Automate flow that looks at a table and sends an email with an attachment to the recipient. However, when the test email is received, the attachment isn't formatted as a Word or PDF document. Rather, I get a message that the file cannot be previewed because there is no previewer. I have opened the Outlook trust center and the settings are all as they should be. Additionally, I've unselected the New Designer option....As you can see i have tried to troubleshoot the issue and have struggled tested for hours trying to resolve this issue. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Hi,

1) without anything else, you dont seem to have an extension

2) I would need to see your Flow, and the inputs to your actual Send Email to tell you more than #1.

How would you like the table represented? Do you have steps that export the table to the desired format?

Thank you Ilendlin and FLMike for your responses. I am able to create an attachment, the issue is with the attachment in Outlook. It does not come across as a word or pdf. For reference, below is my flow.

Here is the email that I received showing the attachment. You will note that the format is not word or pdf.
