We have a new employee who is attempting to access a power app that we have created for her team via Microsoft teams.
This app doesn't have a flow in it. I am unable to replicate with others on her team. HAs anybody seen anything similiar?
You need to add the user to the SharePoint List.
We have the same issue...
@BryanHuang888 - This employee was already added to the SP List. I also asked the user to refresh before performing the bottom solution.
@MantillaVier198 - SOLUTION - I do not know why this worked - I decided to temporarily give the employee access to the app via the web browser sending them the web link located in app studios. After I gave her the link and she confirmed that worked. I asked her to go back to teams to collect more data for me and it worked.
Go into App studio -> click on the three dots next to your desired app -> Click on "details" -> copy the "Web Link" send that to the affected party. Then after they access it, ask them to try accessing the App by MS teams again.
