Filter copy rows to another SP list and delete from the original list

Hi guys,

 

I am trying to copy rows from one list to another list on a SharePoint using a button. I want the button to not just copy and paste to target list, but also delete it from the source list and refresh the screen. Any suggestions would be very helpful.
