I have a solution where a document gets routed to a document library via the content organiser (Sharepoint). then an msflow kicks off when the document has been routed to a document library - all good.
when the documnet gets routed there is a pop up on the screen that displays the url of the documnet, if a user clicks on (the url) that the flow does not run and the document just stays in the document library unammended - the document is locked i guess... Is there a way around this - i know i can check for locked status in flow but the flow does not even run.
HELP!!
