Approving/Rejecting, and then resubmitting for approval if Rejected

I have found the flow that I could use to approve/reject new sharepoint list items, but is there a workflow that I could use when an item has been modified? I'd like for the user to go through the approval/reject process again.

Please consider to use the trigger “When an item is modified”. I create a flow looks like below, hope it could be a reference for you.

What I am trying to accomplish is that when a list item is approved or rejected, that same status will update a field within the SharePoint list to Approved or Rejected. Every time I add the update item action, that action always fails. The email action does not fail.

Hi Lp939,

What’s the column type of the “Form Status” column?

Have you tried this flow again? Are you still getting the error message now?

I create a new flow with the same configuration to test this issue, it seems that all work fine on my side.
