I'm currently trying to create a flow and connect with different environment using Dataverse connector.
I referred from this documentation link Connect to other environments from the Microsoft Dataverse connector - Power Platform Release Plan | Microsoft Docs,
Kindly let me know is this feature is been rolled out and yet to released. Thanks in Advance.
This is still in the process of being rolled out. For the moment you will need to continue to use the Legacy version of the connector to connect to tables in other environments.
I was looking for the same information. The new Dataverse connectors (not legacy) will be updated to connect to different environments in September 2023. Public preview will begin in June 2023 according to Connect to other environments from the Microsoft Dataverse connector | Microsoft Learn
