I have been able to view my one-to-many relationships but is it possible to write back to them?
I have set up my one-to-many relationship as in this article https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/one-to-many-relationships-for-canvas-apps/ he also mentions writing to a one-to-many relationship at the bottom of the article but does not show how to do it.

Do you want to write value back to a one-to-many relationship using PowerApps?
When you add a One-to-Many relationship between two Entities, it would generate a LookUp field on either side of the relationship. Based on the blog that you mentioned, I have made a test on my side, try to patch data into this LookUp field using Patch function, but the error would show up as below:
If you want to write value back to the relationship (One-to-Many, Many-to-One, etc) between Entities, I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in PowerApps currently.
