Do we have a CRM app that can be used for Marketing department? Basically we are looking for a software like a helpdesk system that can track and follow-up incoming request, requirements, etc., via email even integrate social media if user tried to raise a complaint from the social media platform.

Dynamics 365 for Customer Service offers case management capabilities, with the ability to receive and automatically create and route cases from athrough a variety of channels (omni-channel) including social media, SMS, public website/portals, email, phone, etc.
Depending on your marketing departments needs, you may also want to look at Dynamics 365 for Marketing. Both of these products are very often used together.
