Hi,
I have a condition in my flow as (screenshot 1) which checks whether an approver is assigned or not and returns True or False.
In this particular case it happened that Condition shows up as canceled (screenshot 2) though it had to be True and it worked like it was True and approver has received this request. Approver says he pressed Approved but it is Rejected in the final status. What does this cancelled status for condition means?

Can you share a screenshot of what type of actions you have configured in the If Yes and If No branch?
And do you by any chance have a Terminate action with the status Cancelled somewhere in your flow?

It looks like your first condition works fine, because it successfully executed the Update item action in your If Yes branche. So, your Condition - LR approval worked.
However, I think the root cause of your Cancelled status is within the Condition - LR action. Can you expand that one as well and make another screenshot?
yes I have terminate action at the end for cancelled. Please see the screenshot below. However normally in case of rejection control item is not being cancelled like this time

When you are using a terminate action and set the status to cancelled, it will cancel the whole flow and the result of the Condition - LR action above it will also get the status cancelled.
In your setup this will only happen when it is meeting conditions for the If No branche of the Condition - LR.
What is the reason that you are using a terminate action?
I have simulated the situation and rejected request on behalf of LR. It really shows up as cancelled. Now I realize that this turns out to be a normal behavior in case of rejection. Thank you for your support! I'm closing this.
