Gallery item increment not working

Hello guys!

I have an app that collect some information to patch later. To instantly verify  while collection, I use a gallery (1). In the another screen, I have another gallery(2) that shows me all the information with a filter that work with a dropdown.

The increment is 0,1, but i did an increment of 0,5 to reach fast the issue. I have a variable called "varProf1" that received the value = 0,1 at first. Then, when I hit the record button, it collects that field and then I set the variable as: Set(varProf1: varProf1 + 0,1) OBS: to this example I did the increment as 0,5 and the variable starts at value = 0. The information I collect I use in that gallery that I said.

The thing is when I the variable reach 9,9 it stop to register at the gallery. So every value above 9,9 does not appear at the gallery (1). At gallery (2) the record is shown, but when the value is like: 10,3 it just show 10,. When I patch to data source, all the information is ok, but I need to verify this values before send it to data source.

ERROR ABOVE 9,9.PNGERROR ABOVE 9,9 (2).PNG

    Hi @JoaoN ,

Could you tell me which data source the gallery is connected to? Collection or other data sources?
Which type of field do you use to store the variable in data source?
Can you show me the item property in gallery1 and the text property of label to display the variable in gallery2?
Do you apply a Filter function to the Gallery1?

I have made a test on me side and don’t find any issue you mentioned.

Please refer to my following test formula and screenshot.

 OnSelect property of Record button

    Set(varProf1,varProf1+0.5);Collect(Varcollection,{var:varProf1})

     Item property of Gallery1

    SortByColumns(Varcollection,"var",Descending)

     Item property of Gallery2

    SortByColumns(Varcollection,"var",Descending)

 Text property of Label in Gallery2

    ThisItem.var

Firstly, you can check your data from data source that connect to gallery , check if there are records whose column value is greater than 10 existed in your data source.
In addition, maybe the Filter function had been used in item property to filter value<10.
The text property of label to display the variable in gallery2 also may be changed, please ensure it is set properly as: Thisitem.YourVariableColumn.

    Best Regards,
    Sik

Hi @v-siky-msft how are uyou doing? Thank you for your response!

Question 01: Which data source the gallery is connected to?

Anwser01: It is connected to the collection that I made by hiting the record ("GRAVAR") button

Question 02: Which type of field do you use to store the variable in data source?

Anwser 02: This variable I do not store. My excel table already have this value (0,1; 0,2; 0,3 ...15) So yes, there is records whose column value is greater than 10 existed in my data source .

I just Patch the fields N10, ZN10, Tmáx and Tres. The variable “varProf1” I just collect to show at gallery and then in the patch function I did a look up to update that table line. (I made this to have the possibility of updating the line I want after the first “forall + patch”)

Question 03: Can you show me the item property in gallery1 and the text property of label to display the variable in gallery2?

    Anwser 03:

    Item property in Gallery1: SortByColumns(OffFuro1;"Off_Z_1";Descending)

Text property of label Gallery1: ThisItem.Off_Z_1

Item property in Gallery2: Filter(OffFuro1;RoundUp(Value(Off_Z_1);0)=Value(Substitute(Dropdown1_1.Selected.Value;"º metro";"")))

Text property of label Gallery2: ThisItem.Off_Z_1

The Filter I did at gallery2 item property is a suggestion of @v-yutliu-msft to filter just the values of that "meter" and it works great!

OBS: I am using the portuguese version of Office. So in formulas, where you use "," (comma) to me is ";" (semi-colon) and where you use ";" (semi-colon) to me is ";;" (double semi-colon)
