PowerApp loses correct Choice data source frequently

Once a week I find that one of my apps has lost all of the Choice field data sources.  I have made no changes to the SharePoint lists they are based on, or the PowerApp forms, but nonetheless I find myself having to use the App checker to reselect each of the Choice field data sources on each of the forms using the Items property.   They have somehow gotten pointed to a different Choice fields' list items.  Additionally, I have timed repeated instances and it takes at least 2 minutes between the time I select the correct data source field to the time the error is corrected.  Below is a screen shot of what I see; each of the instances is incorrectly linked to the wrong Choice field, although the correct one is clearly available.

    Hi @TMMK64571 ,

    Do you mean that your choice column will change its items automatically and sometimes can not display correctly?

    I didn't meet this kind of problem before.

    I think this should be about your connection.

    After a period of time, your connection may become invalid, then you need to fix or recreate it.

    You could check it here, click "refresh".
