choices with other how to caapture to SP list

hi
I have a question for choice 1 to 5

may I know how to capture the selection as there's also other #5 which user need to input as text.
Do I create two columns one for the choices 1-4 and another for other put? Thank you

Hi @bbsin ,

If you don't want to create another column for "Other" choice, you can check the selected choice before capturing it to SP list, if it is "Other", then get the user's input and update it to SP list.😀
