Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I'm quite new to Power Apps, so there may be something very simple that I'm missing. I just got my first Power App working on the PowerApps Website, yet when I try to run it from MS Teams it does not function the same. When looking at the details it appears that the app on Teams may be using version 1.0.0 rather than the current version of the app, which is Version 26. I've published Version 26 and it has the "Live" indicator in the Published column. How do I get Teams to use Version 26 instead of what I presume is Version 1 of my app?

In the event that these numbers are not supposed to match, the app itself is a very simple canvas app designed to create, edit or delete records from a local SQL database table. The table currently has no records and we cannot seem to add a record using the app through Teams; the add button simply doesn't seem to respond to a user clicking it. However, the app works correctly when running it from the powerapps.com website.
