Compose-DateTime formatDateTime(convertTimeZone(utcNow(), 'UTC', 'Eastern Standard Time'), 'MM-dd-yyyy HH:mm:ss') get result 12-05-2024 08:58:39 then i use this to add a day Compose-Add 1 Day addDays(outputs('Compose-DateTime'),1,'MM-dd-yyyy') get result 12-06-2024Then i do Create Item to add these items to the SharePointList and the results are:

DateTime (Compose-DateTime): 12/5/2024 3:58 AM should be 12-05-2024 08:58:39

Email (Compose-DateTime): 12/5/2024 3:58 AM should be 12-05-2024 08:58:39

Call (Compose-Add 1 Day): 12/5/2024 7:00 PM should be 12-06-2024 08:58:39

The SharePoint site is set to (UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US and Canada) which we are.

    Time Issue
The problem is that Power Automate operates at the storage level of SharePoint. SharePoint stores dates and times in UTC. So when you run a Create Item you should be giving it the Date/Time in UTC ISO 8601 format.  If you try to feed it a Date time string that it recognizes, but that is not in UTC then it will try to use it as UTC. If it can't it will throw an error. In your case its taking the Eastern Time values that you are giving it (without a timezone reference) as a time zone independent format and using it as UTC.  To get the right values you should be converting the values to UTC before using them.

When working in the SharePoint UI, SharePoint will do all that for you. But in a flow you need to make sure everything is in 8601 UTC for input to get the right values.
