Sending Recurrence Emails using Calculated Date Column from SharePoint

I have created a flow in Power Automate where an email is sent to an individual, 7 & 14 days before an item is due to be reviewed. The column I am referencing is Calculated (calculation based on other columns). The issue I have is that I keep getting the following error when I run the flow: The expression "Next Review Date eq '2022-09-22'" is not valid. Creating query failed.

My flow looks like this:

Is there anyone out there that can provide me with the solution on how to get over this issue. I have very limited knowledge in Power Automate and have manged to create the aforementioned flow from watching videos.

Many thanks in advance.

Robin

Most likely the issue is that you are not using the actual column name in your query filter. The field name that flow is expecting would not have spaces in it. You can get the actual field name by going into your list settings and clicking on the field. Then look at the end of the URL and it will show you the real field name. You would use this value in your filter query.

For example, I have a list with a field that has the display name of Approvers Level IV. But when you view the field name in the list settings, it is Approvers_x0020__x0024_200_x002c0, which is what I would use in a filter query:

Quite correct with the Column name, however it still isn't working. The error details are as follows:

The field 'Next_x0020_Review_x0020_Date' of type 'Calculated' cannot be used in the query filter expression.
    clientRequestId: accc26a1-02ac-464d-8788-27a9d8925885
    serviceRequestId: accc26a1-02ac-464d-8788-27a9d8925885

Any other thoughts on how this can be achieved, that is if it is achievable?

    Many thanks

Doing some digging, you cannot use a calculated column in a filter query. However, all hope is not lost. Instead of doing this calculation in the list, do the calculation within the filter query instead.
