Hi all,
I would like to know if it is possible to restrict the permissions that an application has by means of a connector. For example: restrict the creation, read, update and delete events in the office 365 outlook connector.
There's no way at this point to modify the permissions requested by the connector. If you write your own custom connector then you can decide what permissions to require.
Connector action control within Power Platform Admin Center allows to restrict which actions from a connector will be available within an Environment. See https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/connector-action-control
However this is on Environment basis and not configurable on per App basis.
