Group Rows in HTML table with Persons

I want to create new HTML table out of this one. I want the rows to be seperated in HTML tables to the Approver. I already have a Flow that creates the Actual HTML Table.

Actual:

Target: Each Approver gets his HTML Table with the Rows.

I hope you can help me with this

Please provide sample data in usable format, not as a screenshot.

"Filter Array" would probably be the step to take.

Didn't you say you have a HTML table? That will be structured differently than the Excel.
