Generate an Email at any time when users filed out the form in SharePoint list using flow

I have a SharePoint List which has list items that are filled by users. IT department would like to get daily email to when users filled out the form. I have no idea why, when users missed to filled out one or more field, it doesn't send email.

    Hi @ Sara2018,

Could you please share a full screenshot of the configuration of your flow?

What is the trigger in your flow? Is it when an item is created?

I have made a test on my side to create a flow to send an email when an item is created, the trigger of the flow is when an item is created, and the flow would always be triggered to send the email when an item is created even if when one or more field is missed to fill out.

Please share more details about your flow and your scenes so we could provide a proper workaround for you.

    Regards,
    Alice Zhang

@v-yuazh-msft, I guess you don't get my question. Under the Body of email , as you saw the attached document, it will show five or moree fields. So that, when users trying to filled out and send it, the IT department must get the above info using email . But, if they omitted one or two fields in the body of email , the whole email doesn't send to IT department. It going to failed.

    Hi there,

Easy enough. Go to List settings in Sharepoint, click on each column and set "Require that this column contains information" to YES. This way users must fill all the columns required.

Let me know if you need additional info.
