I used flows in my app that needed autorisations from the user however I have removed those flows from my app.
But the app still asks for those autorisations. How can I fix this??

You may have removed the flows but it sounds like you did not remove the actual data connections. Go to View - Data Sources and see if they are still in the list of connections. If so, click on the 3 dots and remove the connection.
