Hi Community,
Does anyone have the details of a flow so that every time an image is uploaded to a column of a sharepoint list, a pdf is generated and stored in a OneDrive folder?.
Thanks,
Francisco

Hello,
Firstly, bless you for posting your questions in separate threads. #Greatful
If this helps you please mark my solution as resolved and thumbs up so others can get help too.
Please read through these steps, and follow them. I apologize, I am not in a place to post images of Power Automate but I am naming each action and step.
Truly just do these steps and search for the action by the names I give
Step 1. Create a new Automate Flow (Name is whatever you want)
Step 2. For the Trigger add the When an item is created or modified (Share Point)
--Put your SharePoint site and List information in where the Image will be
Step 3. We need to get the actual content for the SharePoint image column.
When the trigger happens it will provide you ALL the rows data (think of a pointer to the record) in Dynamic properties
Please follow these instructions on how to get the File Content.Get SharePoint List Image in Power Automate - Torben Pedersen
You need steps 2-6 (don't create another flow, you will simply ignore their trigger and do the steps I listed above). This will give you a Compose method that has the Actual file content of the image, which is what you need. The RowId of the SharePOint ITEM you get from the Dynamic Properties of the Trigger. In theirs they do a Get Item. The trigger does that for you.
Step 4. In Step 3 you ended up with a Compose method that points to the File Content
So you need to use the Create File (OneDrive). Give it a folder path and a name and use the outputs('Compose')
expression in the file content of the Create File. Please note that if you rename the Compose action to something else, please rename it in my sample expression.
Now for the name do not give it a PDF extession, give it an img expression.
Step 5. Now you are going to use the Convert File action, where you will convert the img file you just saved into a PDF
-for more help on it look here. Power Automate Create PDF + 11 Examples - SPGuides
At this point you are done. Unless something is missing. Again please please read through, add the actions as stated, follow the instructions and I will fill in any blanks, but this will work for you.
Cheers
