Hi,
I'm trying to find out how I can change a portal password for a contact in the unified interface.
I seen an article online explaining that you need to enable a workflow named 'Change Password for Portal Contact' and then a 'Change password' option will appear when viewing the Contact record. I have had a look for this workflow and I cannot locate it at all.
What could be the reason for this? Could anyone help?
