I am struggling pulling data from a Microsoft list based on a field entry in Power App field. As exampled below, if Dan is entered in Field 1 in the Power App I need Field 2 to display Dan's age pulled from the Microsoft list. How can I achieve this?
Power App Fields
Microsoft List Columns
Hi @jms0529 ,
The Default of Field2 should be
LookUp( MSListName, Name = Field1 ).Age
How you refer to Field1 will depend on what type of control is used to input the value.

@WarrenBelz - Thank you. Your formula makes sense however, I am getting an error on the = between Name = Field1.
(Error: Incompatible types for comparison. These types can't be compared. Control, Text)
Name is a dropdown option in the PowerApp.
Any ideas?
@WarrenBelz I figured it out. I had to use Name.selected.value = Field1
Thank you for your help!
