I need a Flow to make one mail with the all lines that we créate in a table in Excel. This table with this Excel is of one forms.

Shure @AdrianZgz please see my example

what you can do is add a schedule trigger so you can define when you need to send the email with all of your excel lines.

Ok puedes pasarme el ejemplo en Español?
Te explico:
Tengo un Forms, que cada vez que alguien lo rellena va a una tabla de excel.
Quiero que una vez al día me envíe un correo con las lineas nuevas de cada día. Pero solo con lo nuevo que meta cada día.

Es posible?

Hola!

Were is this excel file stored? Assuming Sharepoint or OneDrive4Business, I would try with 'Excel (business) connector' action block 'List rows present in a table', then 'Create HTML table', finally 'Send an email'

You can mix both approaches by means of two flows: one flow executed daily sending an HTML list with responses received the day before (first link), one flow updating excel everytime a new response is received (second link)

@AdrianZgz para hacer eso deberías usar mi ejemplo, pero añadiendo que cada vez que envie el contenido borre el archivo y cree uno completamente nuevo, entonces así tu usuario va y llena el nuevo archivo otra vez. Por ahora en Power Automate no puedes saber hasta donde se quedó tu anterior fila por que que no puedes simplemente extraer lo que un usuario dejó adicional.

Con respecto al ejemplo en español yo te recomendaría usar Power Automate en inglés ya que toda la información oficial la vas a encontrar siempre en inglés.

Así sería en español

OK Pues muchisimas gracias. Entonces no me sirve, porque no puedo andar eliminando cada vez el archivo, salvo... que cree un flujo previo de que cada vez que me haga un form nuevo me vaya la informacion al original y a una copia que se borre cada vez. Eso seria viable?
